Internally the owners have introduced a pressurised hot water system showcasing the polished venetian bathrooms. Exterior benefits include new sash and case windows, a new roof and a newly re-pointed sandstone façade. The current owners have sympathetically renovated this impressive Victorian Villa which dates to circa 1875.
